Shopping with MishKish is easy: you may either register, or, in case you don't feel like it, just put your preferred products in your cart, and then submit your details. After receiving your order, we will pack and dispatch it to you. Our team member may also contact you for order confirmation. That's it!
After you have confirmed your order, it is transferred to a courier and is sent on its way to you. Your order will be delivered in accordance with the chosen delivery method.
MishKish webstore works with Econt couriers for the territory of Bulgaria. Your order will be delivered either to your address, or at Econt's nearest office. Delivery to a specific address costs BGN 4,00, delivery to an Econt office costs BGN 2,50.

The economic, no-tracking delivery is accessible by default and can be set upon finalizing your order. If you feel like a VIP and want to be treated with priority tracked delivery, please do contact us immediately after finalizing your order. We cannot guarantee the availability of an express tracked delivery in or outside Europe in case you contact us more than 24 hours after your order has been submitted.
All orders made on Friday after 12:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday will be sent on Monday, unless confirmed otherwise by our team members. Please contact us for ordering during holidays.

Every purchase, made at MishKish webstore can be returned within 30 days of being transferred to a courier under the following conditions:

The buyer bears responsibility for paying the returning delivery costs - sorry about that. Free delivery orders cannot be returned with free delivery and the buyer needs to pay for the delivery costs - sorry about that too. Every customer has the right to return his order within 7 workdays of submitting the order. Please use the contact details on our Contact page to state your return by submitting your order number (you will find it in the confirmation mail or in your customer profile, in case you are a registered customer), return reason and whether you would like an exchange for another size, another item, or a refund.

You may apply for an exchange within 30 days of submitting your original order. If you wish to exchange your purchase outside of this term, please contact us accordingly. We are generally nice guys and we'll figure something out.
Every returned or exchanged article needs to be intact, with all labels and accessories included - think of the way you will want to have it back if it was yours. Shoes are tried out ona clean and soft surface (carpet) with clean socks. The original package needs to be present. In case the original package is missing, MishKish webstore has the right to decline the return without further notice.

All photos of items, displayed in MishKish webstore, are real - our products are really good enough so they don't need photoshop. Nevertheless some color inconformities between the online photos and real products are possible due to the different monitors' display properties. We do our best to ensure the photos displayed are true to the product's actual outlook. If you have doubts, please contact us prior to submitting an order.
